Follicular phase

I’m in the follicular phase of my cycle and it Is stressing me out right now! I can’t think straight. If you don’t know your cycles this one in short is where you feel really horny & will probably want to text your ex or someone trustworthy for a fix 😂

The real terms because I would feel bad for leaving it like that if you actually didn’t know, but the follicular phase is;

The first half of the cycle is called the follicular phase. During this phase, estrogen levels are higher than progesterone levels. Females tend to feel more sexual arousal toward the end of the follicular phase when there is a surge of the luteinizing hormone. Don’t text your ex. Or maybe do whatever you want!
